Centrally located, the hotel makes access to shopping and dining easy. The staff is genuinely friendly and quick to check you in. I enjoyed a clean and spacious room, complemented by an excellent breakfast experience with a wide variety of quality options, including tasty small square hamburgers. I found the pet fee overly expensive, and seating availability near the food service area could be improved.

Easy access to nearby restaurants within walking distance and the mall for some shopping. The pool area looked inviting. Well-maintained rooms with ample space.

The layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing, especially when looking for accessible parking. Handicap spots were situated a good distance from the entrance, which could be tricky for those with mobility issues. Noise from groups and families could impact the tranquility during the night, possibly affecting light sleepers. Breakfast options were limited and didn't meet the standard you might expect.

The team in the reception where awesome day & night, always attentive & friendly

The sink had an awful smell like septic tank was clogged/ mix with food. However the engineering came to fix it they clean it and added a scent also they where really nice and courteous but it's not them it seems to be that the pipes that need to be deep cleaned

The breakfast was wonderful! I loved the waffle irons. Fruit was fresh. Yogurt was perfect.

Would have enjoyed some pastry with breakfast. Glad to see the application for alcoholic beverages. A little wine and cheese would me nice. Fresh fruit at night would be nice as well.

The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only small hiccup was that the coffee machine was acting up , but overall, it was an awesome experience 😊
